What we do
Grouped by the part of the roof it touches.
Roofing
Whole-roof work, residential and commercial.
Residential roofing
Tile, shingle, flat membrane and foam systems on LA homes, specified to the roof type rather than to whatever is on the truck.
View service →Commercial roofing
TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen for flat roofs, with Title 24 compliance and a documented closeout package.
View service →Roof installation
New roofs on new structures and additions, permitted through whichever department governs the parcel.
View service →Roof replacement
Full tear-off down to the deck, underlayment replaced, and the old roof hauled away.
View service →Repair & maintenance
Finding the problem before pricing the fix.
Roof leak detection
Seven entry points checked and the water path traced back to the source. You get a source finding, not a push to replace everything.
View service →Roof repair
Localised failures get localised repairs. Tile, shingle and flat membrane.
View service →Storm damage repair
Wind-lifted ridge caps, displaced tile and debris impact after a Santa Ana event.
View service →Flashing & penetration repair
Chimneys, pipe boots, skylights, HVAC curbs and valleys. Where most LA leaks actually begin.
View service →Roof inspection
A photo-documented written report on what the roof can and cannot handle. Pre-purchase, insurance and pre-rain.
View service →Roof cleaning
Debris, moss and post-fire ash removed before it holds moisture against the surface.
View service →Preventive roofing
Scheduled maintenance that buys back years of roof life in this climate.
View service →Gutters & exterior
Drainage is what keeps water off the fascia.
Gutter installation
Sized for peak burst rainfall rather than the average day, with slope set using a level.
View service →Gutters & downspouts
Clogs cleared, sagging runs re-pitched, joints resealed and downspouts redirected.
View service →Soffit & fascia
The trim overflow destroys first. Repaired or replaced with the drainage corrected.
View service →Ventilation & skylights
Everything that passes through the roof plane.
What every job includes
The same baseline on every project, whatever the scope.
Material matched to the roof type
Tile, shingle, flat membrane and foam systems each need different products. We specify accordingly rather than defaulting.
Permits pulled before work starts
Unpermitted roofing creates problems at resale. We file with whichever of the region's departments covers your parcel.
Drainage verified after installation
Gutters, downspouts and surface drainage are checked on every project where they are in scope.
Title 24 compliance addressed
Most of the LA basin falls in Climate Zones 9 to 15, which trigger cool roof requirements on permitted re-roofs.
Cleanup is part of the job
Debris, fasteners and packaging are removed before the crew leaves site.
How a job runs
Four steps, and no sales visit disguised as an inspection.
Free assessment
We walk the roof rather than looking at it from the driveway, and photograph what we find.
Written estimate
Itemised, with the permit line shown separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Permit and schedule
We file with the department that governs your parcel and book a crew that is staffed for the scope.
Work and closeout
Drainage verified, site cleared, permit closed and the paperwork handed over.
