Roofs We Have Replaced Across Los Angeles

Every project here is documented from the air, day by day, with the permit record alongside it. Four neighbourhoods, four different sets of conditions, and the same crew on all of them.

Why we photograph every job from the air

A roof is the one part of a house the owner never sees.

Most homeowners take a roofer's word for what happened up there, because climbing up to check is not a reasonable thing to ask of anyone. That gap is where bad work hides.

So we fly every project. Tear-off, deck condition, underlayment, flashing, the finished surface, all timestamped and in order. You get to see the parts of the job that are covered up by the end of it.

The permit record goes on the page too, redacted for the owner's privacy. If a job was filed with LADBS and passed inspection, that is a matter of public record and there is no reason to be vague about it.

None of this is unusual or expensive. It is simply what documenting your own work looks like when you are willing to be checked on it.
